Just had another terrific service experience at Eastgate Shell!  They take time whether you are calling to make an appointment or bringing your car in to listen to what your issue is… and provide options to solve it!  Arthur, my mechanic, took time to explain his recommendations and answer questions…and throughly investigated my concern.  Scott and Craig are always helpful too! Excellent Customer service! Always. Never over charges. The best thing is they don't take advantage of women customers like other stations do. Billy and Craig explain what's needed and what's been done.

I had A/C problems and dropped my car off to the guys at Eastgate. They ran diagnostics immediately and had me the report within a few hours. After having to go somewhere else to get it fixed (no fault of Eastgate - my A/C was damaged and the place that damaged it sent me elsewhere because they were paying for it), the guys at Eastgate told me exactly what should be done and what to look out for when getting it repaired.
